How Much Does This Cost?
Since this is a custom job, it all depends on the type of turf and size of the area covered. We provide a free bid.
Does Rain Affect the Greens?
No, it does not affect the performance of the greens. Even during the rain the greens maintain their firmness because of the drainage from the 1/4" minus crushed gravel installed under all of our greens as well as the surrounding fringe turf.
Does the Sun - UV Rays Affect the Greens?
Because of new technology with UV inhibitors, the color of the green is guaranteed not to fade from original sample for ten years. This is in no way saying the green will only last ten years, just that in bright sunlight, like in Arizona, there could be a slight color change after ten years.
Does Rough Playing from Kids Hurt the Greens or Turf?
A daycare center had us install turf recently for this very purpose. With about twelve children playing hard on the turf every day, not only does the turf stay unharmed, but there is no mud, dirt stains or grass stains on the children’s clothes. Additional rubber and sand infill provides a cushion for falls.
